The room was awful, with bad toilets, no ventilation, and no safety. It's all just marketing. Don't stay here. Minus 100 stars.

Water pressure was low, and there was no place for Muslims to pray. No cold or hot drinking water either. The towel wasn't suitable, and the pillow was really thin, as was the blanket.
I might come back, but it's 50/50. The rooms are among the cheapest around, and having a private shower and toilet is hard to find in Malaysia's budget rooms. There's a cheap supermarket downstairs and seven street food stalls. Once I cleaned the room myself, I felt a lot better. Communication was quick, and self pin check-in and checkout meant I could leave the Aircon and phones charging while I was out. There are multiple 3pin charge points, which I haven't found in more expensive places. The room hadn't been checked after the previous guests. There were used towels, unwashed bedsheets and pillowcases, no duvet cover, and rubbish hadn't been emptied. The floor hadn't been swept or moped, and the stale smell took 90mins of air-on with the room door open to the hallway to clear. The plastic laminate floor was peeling. The hallway carpets were badly stained. The water filter didn't work, so there was no hot or cold water. The taxi address is 99SpeedMart, but the place is at the back of that building, off a parallel main road through an alleyway.
The aircond only blew dry air, and the toilet looked like a village toilet, with no mosaic at all. It was an awful stay and a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend it.
