The rooms are very basic, and ours was dirty, with some lights not working. There was hair on the beds, and the shower was basically just a hose. You get what you pay for. We could hear the TV from other rooms all night. If you’re staying around Bukit Jalil, just pay for the Hilton.

The shower temperature kept changing, and there’s no water heater. There is a Coway, but the one closest to our room didn’t have hot water. Just my personal opinion, but the area is loud with cars honking, and the smell from a nearby Chinese restaurant can get into the room.

The location is good, with a variety of food and drink places nearby, but I’d rate the hotel a failure otherwise. It was noisy early in the morning because it’s along the main road. The hot water in the shower was basically nonexistent. It was lukewarm for a while, then turned cold, and the front desk insisted there was hot water when I complained. We stayed two nights and had no housekeeping at all from day one, no cleaning, fresh towels, or room tidying. The TV was said to have Netflix, but it couldn’t be watched. The split-unit air conditioner had weak, not-cold airflow, possibly because the turbine was too dirty. I asked the front desk to arrange cleaning, but they ignored it. Think twice before booking.
