iBook8 Superior 1 Bedroom Gurney Suites by iBook Homestay

We stayed for 10 days, and Mr Hashem was lovely and helpful throughout. The service was very good, and having a small kitchen was a big help. The location, right across from Adventist Hospital, was convenient too. Highly recommended!

The beds were clean, and the setup gave us a room for three with a door plus another room for four separated by a curtain. The main drawback was sharing one toilet among eight people, so we had to get up early and take turns. There also wasn’t a pantry sink for washing cups, which meant using the bathroom sink for utensils. The bathroom tiles were a bit dirty and could use a thorough scrub.

Hashim was a friendly, helpful receptionist, and check-in and checkout were easy. We got in at 5am and he greeted us warmly. The bed was comfortable and the toilet clean. I’d come back.

Gurney Drive Hawker Center is just a 3-minute walk away, and Gurney Plaza takes about 5 minutes on foot. Thanks to Mrs.Wendy, Yenny, Indra, and the rest of the staff for looking after us. There’s still some room to improve, but I’d stay here again.
