Worst experience of my life, especially with a baby. The staff were rude too. Please don’t come.

The room condition was poor, it smelled, and the toilet was dirty. We waited at reception and rang the bell many times, but nobody came to help. I asked the receptionist for a full refund, but in the end they refunded only one night. Very poor service. Please improve this.
