The water problem made our stay especially difficult. The pump seemed to be broken, and our water stopped while I was showering before an early appointment. Staff asked us to wait about an hour but offered no other solution, so my sister brought up some of the drinking water from the ground floor for me to finish rinsing. Maybe we were just unlucky to have this happen. The building felt like an old shophouse, with no lift or ground-floor room available. My elderly mother struggled a little with the stairs, and I should have read the description more carefully. The bathroom itself was quite spacious. This place might suit young people, but it wasn't a good fit for my family.

The beds were comfortable, the TV had plenty of channels, and the decor was tasteful. Everything was so clean you could practically eat off the floor, and it smelled great too!

The breakfast had a delicious spread with plenty of choice, and the room was large, clean, well equipped, and had comfortable beds. Staff were cheerful, attentive, and quick with the welcome drink and check-in. They also went out of their way to help with our needs. My partner and I had a fabulous stay and would definitely come back. Thank you!

The host was quick to respond and flexible when we asked to check out after prayers, which we appreciated. Wi-Fi was great, and although parking was limited, there were plenty of yellow spaces nearby if you didn't mind a short walk. The loft-style Standard Double Room had one queen bed downstairs and another bed above. I stayed here with friends and was very satisfied. It seems convenient for backpackers and younger guests, though probably not ideal for older family members or anyone using a wheelchair. It reminded me of backpacking in Thailand. Thanks!

We only spent one night here, but the stay was much better than we expected, especially for such a cheap price. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and suggested everything from famous tourist spots to places locals love. Their food recommendations were trustworthy, and breakfast at the hotel was really delicious. The room was clean and nice. The walls between rooms are thin, so we could hear other guests, but it wasn't too bad. You can walk to everything you need, while the neighborhood itself stays quiet and not too busy. We'd definitely return when we're back in Penang, and recommend it to anyone visiting.
