The Palm Suite At Lava Mansion

We booked a two-bedroom room and a suite, and both were great. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the beds were comfortable. Everything felt new, from the rooms to the furniture. The bathroom was huge, with a tub where you could soak and relax with friends. We really loved the hotel and would definitely return.

The free parking was a real plus, and it was easy to park right in front of the room. Register your car plate at reception to get access. The beach is also within walking distance, so the location is handy for getting around and having a relaxing stay. We spent 3 days and 2 nights at the Palm suites @Lava mansion and had a great time. Comfortable and hassle-free. I’d recommend it if you want an easy location with convenient parking.

Finding food nearby was a bit difficult, so I ordered meals through Grab. The water dispenser at the end of the balcony was useful, with both hot and cold water, and the room had Netflix and MYTV channels. There’s also a short walk to the front area for a nice sea view, a pleasant place to unwind. A friendly staff member welcomed me, making a good first impression. My first-floor room was spacious, clean and well kept, with a bathtub and hot water for a relaxing shower. It was a comfortable and enjoyable one-night stay, with good facilities and friendly service.

There's a place called batu cafe open in the evening, but it isn't Muslim friendly. There are also lots of other restaurants nearby, within walking distance, or you can order with Grab. The hotel doesn't serve food, though there’s a vending machine with maggi, snacks, phone cables and masks. Netflix is available too. Really lovely place, and the receptionist was so friendly. Parking was easy, right in front of my room. It’s beautiful and family friendly. I’ll come again.
