Vvip Hotel

The room itself was okay, but the service was very bad. I called and emailed ahead to ask about checking in early, and was told it would be possible. When we arrived, they said no and made us wait. There’s no fan, only air conditioning, and no iron in the room either. You have to borrow one from reception and return it when you’re done. Parking is first come, first served, and the TV channels are very limited. The biggest issue was being asked to pay extra because a towel had a kum kum mark on it. Staff said the stain wouldn’t come out and the towel needed to go to laundry. Isn’t every used towel meant to be washed anyway? Their explanation made me wonder whether towels without marks are washed before being reused. It felt like a weak excuse to charge guests for normal use. They didn’t give us a receipt for the payment, which was unacceptable and made the whole thing feel unprofessional, especially for a hotel calling itself “VVIP.” Hotels should have proper cleaning procedures for towels and shouldn’t charge guests for them getting dirty. I hope management takes this seriously and trains staff to handle these situations more professionally and with more care for customers.

The shower had good pressure, and the room was big with a clean bathroom and nice beds. The sheets are starting to show their age and could use replacing. Decent overall.

The outside area around the hotel is a little dirty, but inside it was clean. The rooms are nice and big, and the service was excellent. Like they say, don’t judge a book by its cover, so don’t judge the hotel by how it looks outside. Thanks for giving me the chance to stay at your haotel 😁

Parking was easy, and the Family Room had plenty of space for my big family. It was very comfortable too.
