The location is very good, with easy access everywhere, and the guy at the counter was very good. But I was in ground-floor room No 8, and there was a dead cockroach in the toilet. Staff were banging things around while working in the afternoon, and the noise ruined our sleep.

👎🙅🏿♀️ My stay was a real letdown. We expected a clean, comfortable room for the price, but it was tiny, smelled unpleasant, and hadn't been properly cleaned before check-in. The room felt messy and uncomfortable, and the place seemed poorly maintained. Housekeeping and room preparation were disappointing, and the service and management felt weak. I wouldn't recommend booking unless they make major improvements. Think twice before staying here.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the customer service. Sham was rude, dismissive, and negligent. Management should provide staff with proper customer service training so customers are treated respectfully.

The toilet was clean, but smelly, and only had warm water. The room is super small, like a capsule. Maybe okay for an hourly rental, but not suitable for a family.

The room wasn't ready properly, even though I'd booked almost a month ahead. We checked in late and still had to wait an extra 30 minutes while they dealt with problems badly. The service was improper, and the environment was bad. The room was dirty, with cockroaches, a broken ceiling, a dirty toilet, a broken shower handle, and an unclean bed. Equipment was incomplete and soundproofing was bad. Bad, bad, bad!!!
