The bed and pillows had a strong damp smell, and even the sheets were wet when we got ready to sleep that night. My family opened a pillowcase and couldn't believe everyday bedding at an ANB could be so unclean. I messaged the host right away, and they suggested finding another place. I went to look, but it was just as dirty. When I wrote again to explain, they never replied. They ignored the problem and took no responsibility. We couldn't stay in that environment, so I took my family and travelled through the night to find other accommodation. My skin became sensitive and itchy that day, and I had to buy medication. With children there, it was especially unacceptable, and the consequences could have been unimaginable. I paid the fee but couldn't actually check in. This was a terrible experience, and the place was not worth the money. I hope Agoda formally acknowledges what happened. Otherwise, I'll post a report on the platform so others can avoid the same experience. If they can't provide basic cleaning and service, they shouldn't be exposing people's skin to this.

The room was cozy and comfortable, though it was a shame that the bidet was broken.

I stayed for two nights for work. The room was nice, and check-in went smoothly. There was a short blackout on the second night, then another on checkout day. My colleague tried to reach the person in charge during the second outage but got no response. I called the number listed on Google, and the woman who answered said she didn't work there.

The bathroom smelled bad, and the air conditioning didn't cool enough. The LCD display was blurry too. Guests were smoking around the pool where children were. The owner should consider using bleach when cleaning.
