The AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Still, our two nights were only okay because the room felt dark, with just a small bathroom window, and had a musty smell. Loud music from a nearby club kept us awake until around 2am on the first night, even with a noise machine. There was music the second night too, though it didn’t seem as loud.

The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was a used towel and a used glass left in it. The shower was broken and they didn’t seem to know. There was a sanitary pad sticker in the toilet, thankfully no used bloody pad.

The main drawback was the noise. The walls are thin enough that I could hear someone snoring next door, and other guests talking loudly woke me up. There’s a row of bars right in the neighborhood, so late night noise is to be expected. I wouldn’t recommend it for light sleepers. For one night, though, it was fine: the room was clean, spacious, and had basic amenities, and the price was quite cheap for a decent place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of the famous food spots.

I found the room cozy and nice, and the guesthouse interior was decent, even if the decorations didn’t quite go together. The noise wasn’t an issue for me, possibly because I came during the MCO period. There’s only a limited amount of private parking.
