The pictures looked nice, and I booked through Booking.com, but in the end we cancelled at the last minute and went to Legoland instead. They’d sent a long message saying we could check in early if there was availability, for an extra charge by the hour. We messaged a day or two before to ask if we could arrive at noon instead of 3, because we had a work call at 1, but got no reply. Then I reread the recent Booking.com reviews and saw they all had five stars with no comments. One had a woman’s name but a man’s photo. With two kids, I didn’t dare risk going there. I was worried the owner might be unreachable if something went wrong with the room. I suspect the reviews are fake, so we forfeited our stay. Make your own decision. I also worry the owner may not answer questions and that the pictures might not be accurate.

We left the card at home, and the security guards wouldn't help us. We couldn't get assistance elsewhere either, so we ended up climbing the stairs to a floor above 30. Not good.

Clara hosted a great unit, and I loved the Airbnb stay. Just be ready for the parking: it's on level 5 and up, with a steep, narrow ramp that takes several loops to reach your spot. The pool facilities were still being maintained, so we had to use the pool at tower 2. There was also construction going on around the property for another tower.

The deposit issue was the last straw. After checkout, "holi" deducted money because the bedsheet was dirty, even though none of us had done that. If I could post the photo, you'd see why I think it was deliberate. The building is still under construction, and the parking and elevator area felt spooky. The photos are misleading, and getting to the entrance means going around the building despite the claim that Legoland is within walking distance. The path isn't stroller friendly either. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Better to spend more on affinity residence or somerset.
