The receptionist was friendly, and the room was spacious with a king-sized bed. I stayed for one night. The sheets could have been laundered better, and there was algae in the toilet and mold on the ceiling.

We booked two double beds but were given single bunk beds instead. When we asked for a refund, they refused. Booking.com customer service said we could get a refund if we booked a different room type, but that still didn't work. I ran into another customer in the same situation today, and I know many people have gotten refunds, so why not us? This is consumer fraud. I've already filed a complaint.
