Super smelly and noisy all night, so I couldn't sleep at all. The dirtiest place I've ever stayed.

The family suite was reasonably priced, and booking through OYO was cheaper. The hotel is in good condition and close to halal restaurants, which was convenient. The Chinese and Malay receptionists were both helpful. Because of JB's hot weather, the aircon should be switched on before you enter the room.

The concierge service was nice, but cleanliness needs work. The hotel's towels and bedsheets were stained, so I'm glad I brought my own towel. See the images provided.

The room was spacious enough, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The price was low, but I was very satisfied: the room and towel were clean, and the amenities included a toothbrush, cotton buds, coffee, drinking water, a kettle, two hangers and a hot shower. The aircon and TV worked well, and there's an elevator if you have luggage. There's also a water dispenser on the ground floor. TF Mart is right across from the hotel; on the second floor, the Nasi Ayam shop in front of the escalator is quite tasty. Remember to have RM50 in cash for the room deposit.
