We liked the water dispenser on every floor, which made refilling easy, and breakfast was decent, served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Bring your own reusable water bottle. The hotel is trying to cut plastic waste: there are separate bins for recycling and wet waste, and no plastic bin bags or laundry bags are provided. Guests should bring their own laundry bag, and slippers can be requested at reception. Our room was spacious and well kept, with a very comfortable bed. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We enjoyed being there and would recommend it to travelers who appreciate environmentally friendly practices.

Our daughter’s birthday celebration at Streats Restaurant went smoothly, and everything was well organized for our family and guests. Thanks especially to Ms. Hafi and the whole team, who were helpful and easy to work with while we planned it. The food was delicious with plenty of choices, the setting felt cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We had a lovely time and made beautiful memories. A budget-friendly choice if you want a relaxed place to break fast without spending much.

Nearby, there are provision shops, basic eateries, and DIY laundry services within walking distance. The area is quiet but still practical, and Grab rides were quick to book. I stayed at Ibis Styles Johor recently for a short weekend break. It’s about 20 minutes from Tuas Checkpoint, and check-in was smooth. The front desk team, breakfast staff, and security were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the seating area was comfortable and clean. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I liked having the shower separate from the toilet. It also had useful amenities like a mini bar, safe, and ironing board. Highly recommended for a simple, comfortable, convenient short stay in Johor.
