Teega Suites at PH

From check-in through check-out, our experience with this property was harrowing and very distasteful. They seemed to have no processes, and the details in the ad felt like empty commitments. The rooms were shabbily maintained, the air conditioners didn’t work, and promises weren’t kept. Message me if you need more information. This is what we really experienced, and I would never recommend staying at this property or their other properties.

The marina and sea views are a major draw, and Puteri Harbour feels quieter than central Johor Bahru. LEGOLAND Malaysia, Gleneagles Hospital, and Educity are around a 5 to 15-minute drive away. Restaurants and cafes line the waterfront, including a Hardrock Cafe, just a short walk away. Prices vary by host, unit size, and season. Airbnb studios may start around SGD$38-48 a night, while larger units can cost up to RM3,800 per month for long-term rentals. That can be good value compared with traditional hotels, especially when listings include free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi. Cleanliness can differ between units and operators. Some guests have mentioned dusty ceiling fans, but most reviews praise the tidy, well-kept apartments, often rating cleanliness above 8.0 out of 10. Fresh towels and bed linen are among the thoughtful touches hosts may provide. The apartments are often tastefully furnished, and some balconies have lovely views. Aside from the confusing visitor parking, which needs clearer directions, it’s a decent place to stay.
