They cancelled our booking before check-in without telling us, calling it a “NO SHOW,” and left us in a miserable situation. When I called, the lady who answered, whether she was the owner or someone else, was very rude and shouted at me instead of understanding that it was their mistake. It was a huge hassle to get my money back, and I had to report it to Agoda. The service was awful and the owner wasn’t friendly. I have all the details to prove how rude and bad the service was.

The scenery was lovely, and there were farm animals. The chalet was fine and everything else was good, but there are no owners or workers around at night if an emergency comes up.

I’d booked and paid online, but when I got there the gate was shut and nobody answered any of my calls. Really bad service. I’ve already reported it to oyo and agoda.

This place offers a homestay in a modern farm setting, which feels quite different from the usual homestay experience. Worth trying if you want to enjoy that kind of environment.

A decent spot for a short stay in a kampung setting.
