I've stayed here often before the MCO, and the location is still very good, within walking distance of places to eat and KSL. The stay itself was fine and I had no complaints about cleanliness, but check-in was a problem. I waited more than two hours for my room, apparently because there weren't enough people to clean it. The hotel didn't seem packed, so that wait was excessive. I have nothing else to add, but I hope they can speed up the cleaning.

It's a low price hotel, and the room was a little better than I expected. The service was just normal for a low end hotel, but it's a good backup if nearby places are fully booked. The location is the big plus, right beside KSL, opposite holiday villa, and about a minute's walk from KSL. Also, check out Jalan Harimau street beside the Caltex gas station for lots of delicious local food.

The rooms were pretty ordinary, and you have to ask for a towel. Service was okay, apart from the last day. We asked to check out before 1pm, but starting at noon the reception lady called every five minutes telling us to leave or we'd get late checkout charges. She was quite rude.

Check-in was quick and the room was clean. The aircon only cooled the room rather than getting properly cold, though the water heater worked perfectly. Aside from that, it was a great stay.

The price is very reasonable, but the towels smelled a bit and the wifi was really bad.
