I was disappointed by how the security staff treated me. The interaction felt unfriendly and unprofessional, even though this is where residents live. Residents should be met with basic respect. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the service.

Management responds quickly when there are pet-related issues, but the lift and parking problems still haven't had proper attention. Residents are inconvenienced every day. Please give maintenance and safety concerns the same focus.

This was my worst experience ever. We had our swimsuits on and wore jerseys appropriately, but the guard still wouldn't let us use the pool.

Terrible experience. The guard made us men leave the pool because our swimwear supposedly wasn't appropriate. I had swimming trunks and a jersey T-shirt on, while other women in cotton T-shirts were allowed in.

I rented a three-bedroom homestay in this new service apartment, which has full facilities and was relatively cheap for the JB area. Parking is tightly restricted to two spaces per apartment, and getting visitor parking is a nightmare because security is unreasonably strict. There aren't many shops or restaurants around yet, so having a car is necessary.
