This was our second visit, and the staff made us feel well looked after again. Everyone was bubbly, welcoming, and ready to help with questions or requests. The breakfast team deserves a special mention for being especially quick and attentive. Breakfast was simple, but tasty and comforting. Whenever we needed something, the team responded quickly. We were very happy with the service.

Breakfast came with the stay, and the fried kiey tiao was flavourful. We got a free upgrade to a larger room. The toilet had been upgraded too, though the flooring still needs work. There was a USB socket, but I think the room could use more charging points. Looking forward to seeing how the upgrades progress.

The service and staff were really nice, and I had a good time here. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to have sanitary pads for guests. I got my period last night and asked the receptionist if they had one. Maybe my pronunciation caused confusion, because he brought me a sanitary bag instead. I don't blame him, since I could see he was trying to help, even though it wasn't the right thing. 😂 Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The staff, room, and food were all very good. I stayed for one night and had the buffet breakfast, which left me extremely satisfied. Definitely worth staying here, and I'd come again.

When I'm working away in JB, a good breakfast selection, a clean and comfortable room, and especially a well-kept bathroom are what I look for in a hotel. After a long workday, being comfortable makes all the difference. 😊
