The room was just so-so for a budget hotel, with not much in the way of amenities. There was no drinking water, though it was reasonable for sleeping a night if that’s all you need. The service attitude wasn’t up to standard. I booked through Agoda for the previous day and noted that I’d arrive late, but when I got there at 5 a.m. they wouldn’t let me check in until 2 p.m. They say they offer 24-hour check-in, so where was that when I had a booking? To check in early, they wanted the original room price of 98rm plus a 45rm early check-in fee. They wouldn’t take a card, only bank transfer or cash for the deposit. How laid back.
