The guards are arrogant and have hit my car even though I paid for parking through the Park & Easy app. Every visit turns into a struggle with their attitude. Come at your own risk if you dare. I can imagine this being dangerous for a woman on her own, since the guards are so fierce and look down on people. They act as if they're above everyone else, and could bully you.

The gym has lots of space and very up-to-date equipment. The staff are friendly too. I'd really recommend signing up. 💪

The parking spaces are available and we're willing to pay, but we still couldn't park, so we went somewhere else to eat. Management can charge for parking since spaces are limited, but they need a more efficient system. If payment has to be through an app, at least choose one that actually works. ParkEasy has caused too much trouble. I topped up my parking credits but have barely been able to use them because of app bugs. When I asked a guard for help, they just told me to call the number. It's a joke.

Getting around the lot is a hassle. The app assigns a bay at random, often far away, so you have to drive a big loop to reach it. There's only one way in and out, which makes it easy for traffic to get stuck. You also have to download an app just to park. Not user-friendly at all.

This parking platform makes me miss the old paper tickets. It tries to be high-tech, but performs terribly and keeps crashing. There's never anyone around when you need help. It looks like the development team Googled how to build an app and then dared to release it. Yikes.
