The room smelled quite bad, and the towel had hair on it and wasn't clean enough. There was no liquid body wash, and the water heater was broken.

For RM130 a night, this was a disappointing stay that needs serious improvement. Parking was limited to just four spots despite the large number of rooms, so we had to park on the roadside in front of neighboring houses. Imagine how frustrating that must be for the homeowners. The SPC tiles had visible gaps, a serious hazard for children and older people. The bedsheets were dusty and had black spots. There was no shower gel, and when we asked, the response was, “All OYO don’t provide shower gels,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful. This isn't my first OYO. Both TVs in the rooms we booked didn't work either. The receptionist said they “just broke today,” which sounded like a generic excuse. Guests deserve honesty and basic hospitality. Please don't treat customers like buffoons.

The staff were friendly and saved me from my 1001 questions. There used to be a cafe, but it's no longer available; you can still get hot and cold water from the dispenser. Shops, a mosque, and restaurants are nearby, and booking a grab is easy. The location is strategic enough. Cleaning needs more work, though. Dust on top of the wardrobe was uncomfortable, especially with the air circulation coming from an AC. Overall, it's a good place to stay, with a pleasant price and a great experience.

There’s a Malay restaurant close by, and the place is reasonably clean. The facilities do feel a bit dated, though, and the water pump can be heard running all night.
