Booked at the last minute on Booking.com and got a discounted price. It’s a good homestay overall, with lots of space and plenty of beds. The mobile signal wasn’t great, and I don’t think Wi-Fi was provided.

It’s affordable and has its own parking space. The owner was easy to communicate with, and the place is spacious enough. Basic things are provided too, including a kitchen, washing machine, iron, and water dispenser. No cons for me.

There are shops nearby for food and shopping, and the surrounding road isn’t busy. Even in the hot weather, the rooms didn’t feel hot. It’s a cozy, comfortable place that works well for a big group. We were very satisfied with the stay and would come back.

Mr Nordin was very attentive, and the facilities were complete, including a washer and dryer. Registration at the guard house was easy, there were two parking spaces, and the place was comfortable enough for a large group. The beds could sleep eight, with extra sheets and pillows, and cooking was possible. A few things could be better: there was only one access card for getting through the guard despite our two cars, and the door key was hard to remove from the knob. A microwave would be more convenient for reheating food, so keep the stove and utensils but consider replacing the oven with one. The air conditioner needed resetting, which took me about 20 minutes on the remote; the owner should reset it before check-in, though the instructions were useful. Towels should be supplied to match the beds, eight in total for two queen beds and four singles.
