The pool access rules felt arbitrary and impractical. We stayed one night, and my kids wanted to swim around 9:30 in the morning, before the sun got too hot. A few minutes after we arrived, security came over and told us to leave because cleaning and chlorination were underway. There was no sign saying the pool was closed. They could have picked a more suitable time for the cleaning, too. I contacted the owner of our unit, but she couldn't help either. We paid to use the facilities, yet the management didn't act like a customer friendly business. It felt like they'd taken our money without providing the service we paid for.

The room Wi-Fi was slow. There was dust and a lot of dirt in the room, including what looked like cockroach eggs. The sheets were dirty too, and the pillows smelled bad.

The scenery was lovely, and the staff were friendly. They answered every question politely, and the management handled things quickly.

A nice place with good management. It works well for students or someone staying alone.

It’s quiet here and a good distance from town, which suits me. The management is good as well.
