I booked a room at Lulu Hotel through Agoda on 29 Nov 2022 to get the promotional rate, but when I arrived they said there was no room available. Lulu Hotel cancelled our reservation without telling us or letting us know about the availability issue, and I'm very disappointed with the service. The person at the front counter was extremely unhelpful, really useless.

The price is reasonable, and the staff were very helpful. The room and toilet were clean, with hot water for showers, and the WiFi was good. A good place if you just need somewhere to sleep rather than spend the whole day in your room.

The toilet was very dirty, the bedsheet smelled, and the AC didn't cool. Water was leaking on the staircase, making it very slippery and dangerous. Service at the front desk was bad and slow.

It's a cozy hotel for a family stay, with the feel of a house while still giving you your own room. The service was good, and it's very close to the only McDonald's in Kemaman and Kemaman Center Point. For the price and what you get, a night here is worth it.
