There were lots of bed bugs and I couldn’t sleep. I stayed two days, and after 9 pm there was no water, so I couldn’t use the toilet. Water only came back in the morning. Staff told me to use the bathroom upstairs, which meant going up and down in my underwear. They charged RM75 a night. Really bad, those bed bugs.

Please don’t stay here. I woke up at 3 am with bites all over my face, hands, legs, basically my whole body, and complained to the staff. They said it was my problem and that they couldn’t change the bedsheets every day. Their attitude was terrible, impolite, and irresponsible, and they don’t seem to care about customers. You can tell you’re being treated badly as soon as you start talking to them.

There are about four other hotels nearby, so unless you have nowhere else to go, skip this one. The manager and staff weren’t friendly or helpful at all, like they thought we had no other options. It was a waste of money and time. You can get a much better room and service at nearby Grand Kapar Hotel, only a few blocks away, for just RM8 more.
