Hotel Kenangan

It looks good in the pictures, but the room and toilet weren’t cleaned properly. The toilet had been repaired but was still not very clean. The hot shower didn’t work properly, with hot and cold water changing intermittently, and the safety door lock was gone. The air conditioner was new. There’s no designated parking, and the place is poorly managed under the current OYO management. Calls went unanswered, so complaints were useless. NOT RECOMMENDED.

My parents only had to stay one night because of urgent matters, luckily. There was a leak in the room, and no one took charge, so my mom had to wipe it up herself. The towels in the bathroom were wet and used. When we asked for replacements, they sent just one, even though there were obviously three guests. The bedsheet was stained and had clearly been used. Very, very, very bad customer service. Worst hotel ever. Please close your place.

The beds were comfortable, but the room wasn’t as spacious as the pictures made it look. Cleanliness was very poor, there was no bin, and the toilet was clogged. The shower pressure was slow too. We were on the third floor, so it wasn’t suitable for folks 😐

There’s a water dispenser, and ironing facilities are available in the prayer room. Parking isn’t reserved for guests, though. The building is old and reminded me of a school hostel.
