The location is great, with a large self-service laundry and a mamak restaurant on the right, a clinic on the left, and Eco Mart and Wakaf Che Yeh night market nearby. The room is about what you'd expect from a budget hotel, and the service is at that level too. There's no breakfast, and parking is shared with other tenants in the building. If the front parking is full, you can park behind.

This is a budget hotel, so don't expect star-level amenities. It's good value in a spot near Wakaf Che Yeh. Our family room fit six of us, though there was hardly any room beyond the basic needs. There’s no elevator, which could make going up and down difficult for senior citizens.

It's a cheap place that does the job for lodging, close to the main attraction. There’s no elevator, and the lobby downstairs is beside a self-service laundry. That laundry is really handy for backpackers or families on an unplanned trip who need to wash their clothes before continuing the journey.

The receptionists we dealt with were all really nice, but friendliness at the desk doesn't make up for the room problems. I don't understand why these issues are still there when there have already been so many bad ratings. Our first night was in a third-floor room. It was nice in most ways, but there were only two outlets for five people, the air conditioner wasn't cold, and my mom said the room smelled musty. When we asked about it, they offered to move us if maintenance couldn't fix it. We did move to the first floor. A dead cockroach was the first thing we saw in the new room, which seemed like the cheaper option from the website. It was much smaller, but at least the air conditioner worked in the hot weather. The condition was really bad: everything was old and dirty, there was seepage on the wall, a cockroach was walking around, dust under the bed hadn't been cleaned, and the showerhead holder was broken. We couldn't connect to the WiFi on either floor.
