Private Studio Viana Court Service Apartment 3 with private parking

I was quite satisfied with the room, air conditioner, and water heater, and the counter staff were very nice. The breakfast tasted okay, with enough choices for me, and it was very cheap. The location is a short walk from Wakaf Che Yeh, there’s a parking area, and I booked two queen beds with breakfast. But the pool only suits small children, and the Wi-Fi didn’t reach my room from the router in the middle of the floor. Please add more routers. The room is a little old. The phone connection was broken, the refrigerator was rusty inside with a broken door, and the lock was broken. The TV only got RTM 1 and 2 and TV3. One pillow had a slightly dirty cover, and one blanket had quite a few “beauty spots” on it. Housekeeping was a little slow, perhaps because there were many customers. I still left fairly satisfied, apart from the internet and pool.

We were first given a room where the toilet flush didn’t work, so we changed rooms. The rooms aren’t maintained, and the cleanliness is questionable, with dust and dirt everywhere. I wonder if they even sweep before guests arrive. The bathroom was extremely dirty, the bed dusty, and the room smelled really bad. A terrible hotel choice. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

We were surprised to get a very big room recently, and everything else was okay. The bathroom door is a bit old, but that’s fine. The Wi-Fi signal was too weak for my device to pick up. Psst, if you recently stayed at the hotel next door, you can get Wi-Fi access from there >:)

The room was large, the bed comfy, and the amenities complete. The price is reasonable, there’s plenty of food nearby, and there’s a small pool. But the hotel feels run down, the lobby has no air conditioning, and there was mold and insects noticeable all over the room.
