We’ve stayed at Golden Hotel three times now, and the staff at the front desk, Mujib and Dayang, were once again calm, patient, and very friendly through every situation. Their smiles and heartfelt hospitality made us feel at home, and we really appreciated the care they showed. The room cleanliness could be better, but the stay was still comfortable and nice. Thanks, Mujib and Dayang, for such pleasant service. We’d be happy to have them assist us on our next booking at Golden Hotel.

The staff were superbly helpful and friendly. The cafe was another matter: it was said to be open, but when my family went down to order, it was closed. We asked at the counter and were told it was open, then went down and found no food available. That wasted our time; if we’d known earlier, we could have ordered food online. The place is nice, but the blocked toilet needs attention, and some pillows and blankets should be replaced.

For someone staying just one night, it was still a satisfying budget option, and I’d recommend it. Everything was okay, but the facilities need some maintenance, including the air-conditioning and toiletries, and the WiFi connection needs to be stronger. The TV didn’t work.

The room is fairly spacious for what you pay, and there wasn’t any stale or bad smell. Service and hospitality were good. For a budget hotel, I’d give it five stars.

The food at iftar was delicious, and I was very happy with the service. On my first visit, the staff were friendly and quick to respond. The room was clean, the view was nice, and everything felt perfect. I enjoyed it and was satisfied overall. I’ll come again.
