The apartment was roomy, and pickup for excursions was easy since it’s a couple of doors down from the Luma hotel. The mattresses were on the floor rather than on proper beds, but that worked fine for us. The arrival directions were a little confusing, even though it turned out to be simple. They could use some updating.

Whenever I’m in KK for work or a holiday, I choose this hotel. The room is clean, nice, and fairly spacious, with a day bed. Entry feels secure since check-in is self-service and requires both an entrance password and a room key password. A couple of things could be fixed: some wallpaper is coming off near the hand sink, and there’s no switch to turn off the bedside light.

The staff are so helpful and quick to respond, and they always take care of my requests. I loved the roomy room, the nice carpet, and the really comfortable bed. I’d definitely stay here again.

There’s lots of food nearby, and it’s easy to buy whatever you need. Overnight parking in the closest lot is only RM 6. The room was clean and felt safe, with a nice, quiet environment for sleeping. Room service was up to standard, and the staff were kind.

A lovely, tidy room for a solo trip or a small family. It’s self check-in, so get your access pin from the owner. If you park in the basement, go through the center and find the escalator up to G floor. From there, walk to the gray stair door next to produa, then straight ahead to the elevator and select your homestay floor. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out at noon.
