I was there for three nights with my husband. The room and toilet weren't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust. The balcony also had lots of cigarette and mineral bottles. Maybe it's just me, but the place felt kind of scary. Every night I could hear someone scratching at the door.

I'm very unhappy with the service I received today. The building and interior were unmaintained, yet I'm paying 1500 ringgit a month to rent it. I also regret the way the old lady aunty cleaner treated me over using the facilities. Guests should be told in advance what they can and can't do. Isn't service key to a business? I didn't get room cleaning once a week, it never existed, I'm telling you. The old lady only gave me one pair of towels and one pair of pillow covers, then charged me 300 something for make-up room. Thanks for showing me such unprofessional staff service. This isn't what I expected.
