The place was spotless and comfortable, and it looks really beautiful. Reception were friendly and helped with everything we asked for. Five stars for the place and the service.

A good budget option, especially if you want to be near Gaya Street's weekend morning and night markets. There are eateries and supermarkets downstairs, and the seaside is an easy walk away. It was very clean and comfortable too. One drawback: the hotel is tucked away on the second floor, so getting up the stairs could be difficult for seniors with mobility issues.

Comfortable stay, with groceries nearby and places like Suria Sabah and Jesseton Mall close by. Jesselton port is nearby too. My ratings: parking 5/5, with a DBKK coupon fee on weekdays; cleanliness 5/5; service 5/5; safety 4/5; comfort 5/5. Toilet fee was free.

For the price, it's a great deal. The rooms were clean, the aircon kept things cool, and the showers had warm water. Jesselton point and historic Gaya street are close by.

It's a basic, inexpensive hotel, and the room was clean. If your room faces outside, though, you may hear quite a bit of noise from the nightclub next door.
