I had a King 1 room, and the service was excellent. The staff were consistently helpful. The place also has a good gym and two pools. Highly recommend it.

Finding the residential parking was so confusing, with no clear labels or arrows. It took us about 30 minutes to track down the space we'd reserved.

The location is good and the room was okay, but the car park was poorly managed. We spent ages looking and still couldn't find our space. If this is your first visit, ask the agent who's standing by to guide you.

We had everything we needed, and the place was comfortable. The view was great too!

I'm not coming back. Blacklisted. The place is inconvenient and poorly managed, even though it has two pools. Both pools open at 9am or later. In Kota Kinabalu, sunrise is at 6am, so that feels far too late. Even at 9am only one pool is open, while the other doesn't open until late afternoon. There are more than five hotel blocks sharing one crowded pool, which is madness. Other hotels in KK can open their pools at 7am. If you want to swim and enjoy the KK scenery, this really isn't the place to stay.
