The roof terras was pleasant, and you could smoke there. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms were just okay and need an update. The hotel is around 2 km from the center, about a 30-minute walk. Because reception was being renovated, breakfast was served at a nearby shop. It wasn't good, especially the coffee, which was terrible. I need a decent cup in the morning. I'm an ambulance nurse and always check fire exits for my safety. The firehassert concerned me: the fourth-floor fire staircase was almost blocked, and after I mentioned it at reception, it was even more blocked that same day. The third-floor staircase wasn't clear either. They blamed the renovation, but there were no signs showing where fire extinguishers were, some were hidden or hard to notice, and there was no evacuation plan on every floor. That has nothing to do with the renovation. Please work on this.

They did let us change rooms, but the stay wasn't pleasant. Our room had a strong cigarette smell and uncollected rubbish. The towel had a big hole, the inside of the kettle was oily, the aircon leaked overnight, and the room phone didn't work. Cleanliness and maintenance need improvement. The lift lobby was quite dark, lit only with spotlights. The hotel is being renovated and its restaurant is closed, so breakfast meant walking to a cafe across the road to collect a set meal.

Thanks for a lovely stay. The rooms were clean and adequate, and the hotel was nice. Reception is being enlarged and remodeled in a small renovation, but all the work was completely quiet.

There are shops and places to eat close by, and the room itself was roomy and clean. The king bed was comfortable, with a soft pillow, and basic toiletries and bath towels were provided. Parking under city hall is plentiful but costs extra. The TV didn't work, and you'll need to book an e-hailing ride to get to the city centre.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and there were lots of places to eat nearby. It's also close to the airport.
