The room on level 15 had an amazing view, and housekeeping was great. They brought four fresh towels and changed the pillowcases for clean ones straight from the laundry while we were checking in. Reception was okay and somewhat helpful, explaining the pass key, Wi-Fi and early checkout steps. Check-in was at 1500hrs, with a long line at the counter and then another long wait for the lift. Waiting for that elevator really tested my patience. The room smelled a bit, like there might be a plumbing problem, and there was a bad odour from the toilet.

It felt like home, with a very comfortable living room and two twin beds. The host was helpful and quick to reply. You can see the sunset from the window, and the location is really convenient, near the Filipino market, seafood market and KK Plaza. Gaya market and the Gaya food shops are about a 6-8 minute walk. I'd happily come back on my next visit to KK and recommend it. I stayed two nights in mid September 2025.

Being able to walk to nearby sights was a real plus. Pasar besar KK and pasar kraftangan KK, with souvenirs like pearls and batik, were close by. The room at HF suites was clean and made for a comfortable stay. Our host was informative, responsive and helpful. Some of my family arrived early in KK, and Brendan kindly let us check in early, which I appreciated. It was a great experience, and I'd stay here again.

The owner kindly picked us up from the airport at 2 a.m. and explained things on the way. They suggested plenty of places to visit and helped organize our trips. Everything was perfect, and we'll definitely come back. Highly recommend!
