The cleanliness here was unacceptable. We found a cockroach in the first room, then another in the replacement room. The water heater was faulty and seemed dangerously close to causing an electric shock. We asked management for a refund because we were frustrated and uncomfortable, but they refused and offered only another room change. The hotel may be cheap, but don't be taken in by the 8-star reviews. It was extremely disappointing.

The place is cheap, but cleanliness was poor. We switched rooms after finding a cockroach, and there was one in the second room too. The water heater was faulty and seemed like it could cause an electric shock. Management wouldn't give us a refund, though they did agree to move us again. Don't trust the 8-star review. Overall, the cleanliness was bad.

The view from the window was nice, but the third-floor corridor smelled awful. Housekeeping seemed poor too, since the bin by the elevator hadn't been emptied. The facilities are old.

We arrived around midnight to a dirty room that smelled bad. The toilet hadn't been flushed, and there was poop left in the bowl. It was a really bad experience, and the room wasn't worth what we paid. Management needs to check rooms properly before letting guests in. I can't imagine paying for a hotel and being given a room like that. I wouldn't stay here.

Getting around from this hotel is convenient, and the staff were really helpful. Seems like a good place to stay.
