Alor Boutique Hotel

There were cockroaches in a very dirty room, and the bed, floor, and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. Even basic things like shampoo, tissues, and a bath towel were missing. The place felt unhygienic and uncomfortable for the money. When we asked what could be done, they refused to refund us or properly fix the issues. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful too. A very bad experience. I don’t recommend this hotel, so think carefully before booking.

There was no water, and staff said it would be back the next day, but it still wasn’t. I left then, even though I’d booked three days, and didn’t return. The room was like a sauna, with hot air blowing from the air conditioner and me sweating heavily. For a horror experience, come here: cockroaches running around, bedbug bites, and a cracked floor.

We booked the family room from 16 to 20, but they said none was available and offered us a lower room type that couldn’t fit three people. The only available option they mentioned was a deluxe twin, and we had to wait until 2 pm to check in. The receptionist wasn’t helpful at all. Worst place to stay ever. If you’re after a budget room, choose somewhere else.

The room had cockroaches on the coffee table and spider webs, and the sheets and pillows were dirty and smelled so bad you’d puke. The water heater didn’t work, and the shower barely had any pressure. The TV was broken, and its plug didn’t fit the outlet. Even the bathroom door wouldn’t close. I can’t even count all the negatives.
