Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon

Everything felt just right here, and it was a luxurious, satisfying stay. The room was spacious, with a nice view straight to the KL tower. The lobby and entrance are modest, but more than enough since it isn't crowded. The surroundings are quiet and natural, with high-income residents nearby, so safety wasn't a concern. The apartment had a washing machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and kitchenware ready to use. Netflix was only available in the living room, where a sound system was installed. It's a 10-minute walk to bar Street, wp minutes to alor food Street, and 30 minutes to pavilion KL. Amazing, everything was perfect here. Highly recommended. ☺️

Lanson Place KL became a home away from home during our month in KL, and we loved every day. I turned 50 on the trip, and this was my birthday treat to myself. We booked a two-bedroom family room. The booking process was efficient, and the hotel was quick to answer my questions. From the pictures online and the ones Mr Anson Chan sent us, we expected a nice compact suite. The suite we found on arrival exceeded that: immaculate, very spacious, comfortable rooms, fantastic bathrooms, and open, roomy living areas with a great layout. The hotel added a lot to an already very positive holiday. Housekeeping was thorough and accommodating, and they earned the tip I left most days. The hotel is on a quiet road, still an easy walk from Bukit Bintang. There's also a lovely rooftop lounge, though it feels underused. On New Year's Eve it closed at 8pm instead of staying open for residents to watch the fireworks over the skyline. I'd highly recommend Lanson Place and would return, with good memories of the stay. The stay never felt stressful or disorganized, whether I was checking in, asking for help, or getting around the property. The staff were attentive and welcoming, always ready to assist without hovering. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with good lighting, a comfortable bed, and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax. It was my first visit to Kuala Lumpur, and staying here made a big difference. I had a genuinely great experience and would happily return. I'd confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

The upgrade through my Titanium membership with GHA was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and well maintained, and the staff handled the upgrade smoothly. The Executive Lounge was comfortable, though I'd have liked more drink choices. Prices are a little high compared with similar places nearby, but the quality and service help make up for that. Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon is conveniently placed for getting around the city center for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Even with everything close by, the area felt quiet and comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay and would consider coming back for a relaxed city break.
