A large section of wall plaster is cracked and has detached. If it falls on someone, I think it could be deadly because it’s heavy and high up. I contacted the Management PIC personally on WhatsApp almost a month ago and also told the maincon verbally. I’m posting this so Management acts quickly and other residents know about the danger. I don’t even use the path underneath, but I feel responsible for warning people. They expect me to email the complaint, but this is urgent and shouldn’t be held up.

The loft-style home is about 800++ sft, with two levels, two rooms, two toilets (1 bathroom, 1 toilet), a kitchen, a staircase, big windows, and nice lighting. It’s pretty inside and works well for a couple. There’s no fan, just air conditioning, and the ceiling is too high for you to change a bulb, so get a fan if you’re moving in. Getting home means going from the car park or Basement Lobby to the Recreation Floor, finding tower A or B, then waiting for one of four lifts and pressing your floor. The gym and swimming pool are in the Recreation area, along with a sauna and a cold space. BilaBila Mart is open 24 hours. It’s a luxury brand design theme, but lift waits are frustrating and you’ll run into tourists. A weekend afternoon wait took me 3 minutes. Each home gets one parking space, with extra parking available by monthly subscription. Midah MRT is a 10 minutes walk away. It says it’s pet-friendly, but there are limitations and strict rules, so sorry, dog lovers. Water is charged at a commercial rate, which means a higher-than-average bill.

We booked through Airbnb and were comfortable here as a group. The stove came with basic utensils, and the toilets were clean and usable. The Wi-fi didn’t work, but there was a TV. It was a fine place to stay, and we enjoyed it.

This was a very uncomfortable stay and unsuitable for families, especially elderly people, women, and children. The layout is inconvenient: from the lobby you have to go up to level R, then cross to another building and take a different lift to your room. That would be difficult in an emergency. There’s no visitor parking, so I parked outside and got a traffic summon. The unit was much smaller than the pictures made it look, and it didn’t match them. The ad said five beds, but there were only four, with mattresses needed for the rest. There was no mirror in the room, so women have to wait for a turn at the bathroom mirror to get ready. The upper floor is open, which makes it easy for children to fall, so it’s very unsuitable. The toilet sink leaked from underneath and was dirty. I’d already bought swimsuits for my kids, but the pool was under renovation when we arrived. A waste of time, energy, and money.
