BFF @ Laman Ceylon

The house isn’t bad, though I wouldn’t call it good. It’s really hard to get the management or guards to understand, and I’m not sure whether it’s a language barrier or an understanding problem. I don’t want to interact with them. No common sense!

I delivered a cake to this condo on 15.03.25. The lobby was spacious, and the guards were polite and friendly. 👍🏽

I lived there for five years, from 2015-2020. The first three years were really lovely, but after new management came in, the quality went downhill badly. Nothing was renovated, everything got worn out, and the lifts were out of order for months. Management makes up its own SOP, and the piping and ventilation were very poor, with mold, leaks, and toilets that smelled all the time. The gym and yoga room were nice, but the smoking area was right outside, so I could smell smoke many times while exercising. Security was friendly and good, but the apartment quality, not to mention the decor, really doesn’t match the current standard or market price. By the way, I saw that management removed all the previous comments, so the current rating unfortunately doesn’t reflect the actual feedback this condo has received.

The lifts are a constant problem. There are four in the building, but they’re often out of service, leaving everyone to rely on just one or two. I’ve lived here for six months, and the pool and almost all the facilities have been closed for five of those months. Everything is broken, and the worst part is that management knows but doesn’t care or repair anything. If you’re thinking of moving to Laman Ceylon, don’t do it. Run away!
