The location is the one good thing about this hotel. My room was old, smelled of cigarettes despite being marked non-smoking, and had a filthy carpet stained all over. It was noisy all night. I stayed for one night, and the price was above average by Malaysia's standards. If it had been super cheap, I might not have complained. I've stayed in nicer hotels for much less in other parts of KL and Malaysia.

The room was comfortable and the location was great. Parking is free at Low Yat Plaza, but you need your TnG card to tap in. Check-in took a little while because there were lots of guests, which is normal. The RM200 cash deposit was inconvenient, especially since I'd paid in full when booking.

It's a simple hotel with good value for the money. The room was spacious and clean, and the location is convenient for Plaza Imbi and Sungei Wang Plaza. Breakfast was nice and had enough variety, even if there weren't many choices.

The room at Capitol Hotel was clean and cosy, and I had a comfortable, convenient stay. It's a great base for exploring the city. Breakfast could have more variety, and the carpet could use refurbishing, but those are minor things.

The price is very affordable, and the rooms are comfortable, so it's great value. You're also right among the major shopping malls, which makes the location incredibly convenient. Just remember that toiletries such as toothbrushes and slippers aren't automatically put in the room. You'll need to ask the front desk for them.
