The rooms are on the small side, but mine was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff member deserves a special mention for being exceptionally kind and going out of his way to help whenever I needed it. It was very convenient to get around, with the metro station and Times Mall close by. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a clean place in a handy location.

Our room was small but cozy, with everything we needed. Housekeeping cleaned it daily, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the WiFi worked well throughout our stay. We hardly used the TV, though a smart TV would be a nice addition. Getting around was easy with Grab, especially since the hotel is on a main road and parking is very limited. Ceria Hotel KL is well placed for a city visit. Restaurants, 7-Eleven, KK Mart, and Bukit Bintang’s lively streets are all a short walk away. From check-in, we felt we’d picked well. The stay was warm and pleasant for the price, with good comfort and convenience for budget travellers, especially families. We left with good memories and would happily stay again on our next trip to Kuala Lumpur. 👍✨

There’s good Middle Eastern food around the corner, Lalaport is across the road, and Berjaya Time Square, one of the key transport hubs, is behind it. I’d call this place a gem :) For a 2-star hotel, it was a nice surprise to find the front desk fully alert when we arrived at midnight. Check-in was quick, the room was clean, and everything worked. We were also able to leave our luggage for hours after checking out. Kudos!

We got the cheapest room and weren’t expecting anything special, but it was impressively clean and the ID was pleasing to the eyes. The shower worked perfectly. There was a drunk guy roaming around, and parking was a downside since there weren’t any spots set aside for guests, so we had to park on the roadside. The receptionist was busy dealing with a WiFi problem when we first arrived, but the check-in still went smoothly. It was a calm, restful stay. I hope I get another chance to stay here, maybe for longer.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping came daily to clean and change the towels. There was a little dust under the bed, though I understand that’s a tricky part to clean because of the bed design. Check-in was quick, and the people working there always had a sincere smile. I liked the location, with lots of places to eat nearby, two big malls, and convenience stores. I’d choose this place again if I came back.
