The apartment is close to Fahrenheit 88 and another shopping centre, which is a big plus. The rooms and living room are spacious, but the view is really bad. Our shower was very cold, and we weren't given instructions for turning on the hot water. The pool was boring, like a public pool but temu.

You can leave your luggage at the front desk while waiting to check in, which is handy. The suites are spacious and all the room amenities work; they're clearly trying to offer them at an affordable price. The room felt a little old, but for the cost and what you get, it was acceptable.

The bed was the highlight for me. It was VERY soft and comfortable, and the pillow and blanket were so good that I had a hard time getting up each morning. The AC faces the bed, which was perfect. Staff were friendly, too. The male employee answered our questions thoroughly and spoke and gestured professionally and politely. The lady explained the procedures exceptionally well. The location is amazing, with Pavillion and other places right outside the suites, and the price was good. I'd come back here again ✨

The room was large and worked well for our family, and the location was great. Food and drinks, malls, and public transport are all within walking distance. We got a parking rebate, but the process was troublesome, and hotel staff gave poor information about how to claim it. Please improve that.
