I loved the vibe and felt very comfortable. Mr Ali, Madame Anne, Sabah, and GM Muhammad really looked after me. Peace and love, ZeOx.

A total nightmare, strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The room was dusty, the carpet dirty, the bed damaged, and the sheets had marks and didn't look changed. The floor was wet, there was a bad smell, and it was very noisy. The water heater didn't work properly and the ceiling leaked. A restaurant directly under the hotel raised a safety concern for me, and the staircase was blocked with paint cans and renovation materials. A Bangla hostel would be cleaner.

The stairs in this hotel chain are seriously steep. Older guests and people with bad knees could have a hard time with them.

I like this hotel. It's really good and nice, and there's no noise. The best hotel.
