The first thing that hit me was how dirty the room was. The carpets were stained, the furniture worn, and there was a strong sewage smell. It didn’t seem properly cleaned in a long time. In the bathroom, there was mold in the corners and a faucet that kept dripping. Housekeeping ignored my requests for cleaning and fresh towels, and staff were unhelpful, sometimes rude, when I raised the problems. It was also extremely noisy at night, so I couldn’t rest. The poor service and neglected room made the stay deeply uncomfortable and frustrating. I couldn’t wait to leave. This was one of my worst hotel experiences, and I’d strongly advise people to avoid it. It falls well below basic hospitality standards.

It’s the cheapest place in the KL area, and the rooms were great, with air conditioning and a private bathroom. There’s high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and the staff and person in charge were really helpful. It could use a small upgrade, like adding a water dispenser and minibar.

Don’t stay there. It was one of my worst experiences in KL. The tax was an unreasonable RM50, and it wasn’t a deposit, it was tax 😢. The facilities were very bad, except for the Wi-Fi.
