The room was clean, the staff were okay, and the price felt reasonable. But the apartment layout is a real challenge. The building feels old, with lots of small sections and doors, and the parking levels don't connect well. There are so many lifts that you have to find a particular one. To reach basement 2, for example, you need to take a lift to basement 1 and walk from there. The reception is also some distance from the room, and finding your way around takes a lot of effort. Check-in and check-out were both slow and tedious, about 15 minutes each.

The room's AC didn't work, and there was nobody available to speak with. Even the wifi wouldn't reach the room. For that, I still had to pay RM90 plus an RM 80 deposit. Poor service.

There's a lot within easy reach: shops, the metro, a bus, and the embassies. Petronas Towers is about a 15-minute walk, and the Nightmarket takes around 10 minutes on foot. In the building there's a good, inexpensive restaurant, plus a pharmacy and hairdresser. Laundry facilities, a gym, and a swimming pool are available too. The location is great, and the price is good.
