Hotel Rae Bukit Bintang

I have no complaints about the room: it was clean, the water pressure was great, the aircon was cold, and they left packet drinks there. The stay was budget, but the hospitality felt 11/10. Every staff member I met was amazing, helpful and accommodating. One person was working alone and still offered to carry our luggage. We used the private parking nearby for our stay, which was listed as RM12 for the full day. I was so happy with the experience, especially for a budget 2 star hotel.

The reception staff were helpful, and the rooms are nice enough for a stay. Just be aware that it's an old building and there is no lift.

The hotel staff stole my wallet while I was out walking. They took the cash and left the empty wallet under a couch in the lobby. When I asked to see the CCTV recordings, they said they weren't available because they didn't have any hard desk. It was the worst experience of my life.

For what I paid and where it's located, the room was much better than I expected. I wasn't asking a lot at that price. It was roomy enough for two, with space to move around and pray, and the full window on one side made it feel bigger. The heater, door key, lights and water all worked well. The bed looked old, and there's no lift. But the location is perfect if you're into cullinary.
