Hotel Twenty 8B

I liked my two-night stay, especially the perfect location and affordable price. The rooms are small, but I knew that when I booked. My room was clean, though there were some stains on the bed, and I added photos of them. The internet was sometimes bad. The AC was powerful and worked well, but the corridors were very hot and airless. There's no fridge in the room. The receptionist was very kind and thoughtfully brought an iron to my room when I asked. You can also ask reception for a hair dryer, since there isn't one in the room. Coffee is available for 5 RM, and there's a roof where you can see the surrounding towers.

My room was clean and generally well maintained, and the hotel's convenient location made getting around easy. At night, though, outside noise came through quite a lot. Better soundproofing in the windows would help. There was also an unpleasant smell from the toilet whenever I left the lid open.

The room had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. A Nespresso machine in the lobby was a nice surprise for coffee lovers. The space was a little small, so I gave the room 4 instead of 5, especially since my husband is 6 foot 2 and could have used more room. Still, you can't beat it for the price. The owners were kind and friendly, and when we had a small room issue, they fixed it right away. The hotel is in the heart of the financial district, close to food, convenience stores, entertainment, and a medical center. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how lovely it smells, along with the great price. We'll definitely come back to Malaysia, and now we know where we'll stay next time.

The room is compact but arranged well. It has a window, but it doesn't open. The reception is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are very helpful. The location is right in the centre of Bukit Bintang, within walking distance of Jalan Alor food street, Pavilion, the twin tower, and the metro.
