The room is very basic and old, with no soundproofing, so it won’t suit everyone. Still, the price is good and the staff were friendly overall. I chose this hotel for the location, especially since my flights were very early or late. It’s a three-minute walk to the bus stop for the airport. The RM 100 cash deposit is inconvenient for foreign tourists. I suggest bringing a few currencies in a similar amount for the deposit.

The transfer hub nearby makes the location very convenient, but it doesn’t make up for the state of the room. It was dirty, smelled bad, and the pillows looked moldy. It didn’t seem properly cleaned, and I didn’t feel comfortable touching things. It’s also extremely small. I couldn’t open my 30-inch suitcase without blocking the way to the door. A very disappointing stay.

For a budget one-night stay, the hotel was good. KL Sentral station and the Nu mall are just across the road, and the Cosy Hotel self-service laundry was convenient. We also enjoyed some local Indian food nearby. The room was basic, had some mould, and needs renovation.

The location is super strategic, just a short walk from KL Sentral. There’s a minimarket next door and lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel and room were clean and tidy, and the room had a hair dryer and water heater in the bathroom. There’s also a free water dispenser to refill your tumbler. The price is affordable. I’ll come back again. Keep up the good work, and thank you!

We only stayed here briefly because we wanted to be near KL sentral. My friend and I accidentally booked a single room, but the receptionist kindly upgraded us for free without us even asking. Really appreciate that kindness!
